These terms apply to The Launch Era Instagram Audit for residential cleaning businesses. Your purchase price is the amount shown at checkout and in your payment confirmation.
1 · Scope
The audit reviews your Instagram profile, offer clarity, trust signals, content, calls to action and inquiry path, then gives you prioritized recommendations.
2 · What is not included
The audit does not include implementing the recommendations, redesigning your full account, creating a monthly content package, managing your account, paid ads or unlimited revisions.
3 · Client information
You are responsible for providing accurate services, offers, service area, booking/contact links and other business information needed for the review. You do not need to share your Instagram password.
4 · Timing
Missing information, inaccessible links or delayed answers may move the delivery date. The delivery target starts only when the required intake information is complete.
5 · Clarification round
One clarification/factual-correction round is included. It is for clarifying recommendations or correcting factual information, not for a new audit, redesign or implementation work.
6 · Results
The Launch Era does not guarantee followers, leads, bookings, revenue, reach, engagement or other business outcomes. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of review.
7 · Acceptance
By submitting your Audit Intake after receiving these terms, you confirm that you reviewed and accept these Quick Terms for this Instagram Audit.
