Good to know: payment starts onboarding. Build work begins after you complete the shared Automation Intake and provide the information or access needed for the setup you purchased.

1 · Choose the problem you want to solve

Instagram Automation is for repetitive inquiries and first-response steps happening in Instagram. Website Automation is for leads or quote requests coming through your website that need a clearer confirmation, organization or follow-up path.

2 · Instagram Automation scope

This is a one-time setup around one agreed Instagram inquiry flow.

4 · What is not included

Unless separately agreed in writing, this does not include a full website redesign, full CRM build, unlimited forms or workflows, ongoing customer service, ongoing social media management, custom software development, third-party subscription fees or unlimited revisions.

5 · Access + security

If access is needed, use a secure collaborator invitation or connection method. Never send passwords, recovery codes or verification codes by email or through the intake.

6 · Timing

The production window starts when the intake, required access, links and workflow details are complete. Missing information or approvals can move the delivery date.

7 · Third-party services

Your setup may depend on services already used by your business. Those services can change their permissions, features or availability, so The Launch Era cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party functionality.

8 · Results

The Launch Era does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue or response rates. The goal is to make one agreed part of your inquiry and follow-up process easier to manage and less dependent on manual work.

9 · Acceptance

By purchasing an Automation setup and submitting the shared Automation Intake, you confirm that you reviewed and accept these terms for the service you selected.

Complete the shared Automation Intake and choose Instagram Automation or Website Automation. We will then send only the setup instructions that apply to your business.
