Content Service Agreement · Quick Terms
Clear terms before production starts.
These terms apply to The Launch Era monthly Content subscriptions for residential cleaning businesses. Your active plan and monthly price are the ones shown at checkout and in your payment confirmation.
1 · Scope of service
The active Starter, Growth or Pro plan defines the monthly deliverables. Work outside the confirmed plan requires separate written approval and may require an additional fee or timeline.
2 · Current pricing
Your active monthly price is the amount shown at checkout and in your payment confirmation. Starter, Growth and Pro use the current checkout price directly; there is no separate Founding/regular pricing split or coupon requirement for new purchases.
3 · Production timing
Payment begins onboarding, not production. Production begins after agreement acceptance, a completed Content Intake and the required business information/assets. Current targets are Starter: 3 business days, Growth: 5 business days and Pro: 7 business days. Missing information, photos, links, access, approvals or feedback may move production or delivery timing without automatically changing your Stripe billing date.
4 · Monthly billing + cancellation
Content plans renew automatically each month through Stripe until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The current paid cycle is not prorated simply because cancellation is requested before the period ends. Failed payments may pause new work until billing is resolved.
5 · Revisions
Revisions are limited to the number included in your active plan and should be submitted as one consolidated list. Additional or out-of-scope revisions may require a separate fee and timeline.
6 · What is not included
Unless separately agreed in writing, Content plans do not include Reels, posting or scheduling, community management, paid ads, photography, full branding or unlimited revisions.
7 · Client information + materials
You are responsible for accurate services, prices, offers, policies, service areas, booking links and claims, and for having permission to use the photos, logos, testimonials or other materials you provide.
8 · Final work + internal materials
After final payment, you may use the final approved deliverables for your business. Drafts, unused concepts, internal templates, systems and strategy frameworks remain The Launch Era property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9 · Results
The Launch Era does not guarantee followers, leads, bookings, revenue, reach, engagement or other business outcomes. The service is designed to improve clarity, trust and the customer journey around your business.
10 · Feedback + acceptance
Project feedback should stay in the agreed review location as one consolidated set of edits. By submitting your Content Intake after receiving these terms, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept these Quick Terms for your active Content subscription.
What happens next
Review these terms, then complete your Content Intake from your welcome email. Once the agreement, intake and required assets are complete, your project can move into production.
