Request access, correction or deletion
Write from the email associated with your account and tell us what you are requesting. We may ask for the minimum verification needed to avoid changing someone else’s data. Do not include identity documents, passwords or your clients’ data in your first message.
This link opens your email app. The request is sent only when you send the message. Deletion requires review; some records may need to be retained for legal, transaction or security purposes.
Optional emails
You can reply to a marketing email asking to opt out, or write to hello@thelaunchera.com. No sign-in or payment is needed. Necessary purchase or account messages are handled separately.
A cleaning business’s customer data
If a business using our tools entered your information, contact that business first. We can help review the request without disclosing or deleting another business’s records.
