These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the The Launch Era website, the The Launch Era Cleaning App, and any service, digital product, subscription, or business tool offered by The Launch Era. By creating an account, purchasing, subscribing, or using an offering from The Launch Era, you agree to these Terms.

The Cleaning App

The Cleaning App is a business-operations tool for cleaning businesses. Features may include leads, clients, bookings, quote requests, jobs, calendars, routes, mileage, time tracking, services, team access, quotes, invoices, payment-status records, and related workflow tools.

The app is not an accounting, banking, payment-processing, legal, tax, insurance, or financial-advisory service. You remain responsible for reviewing your records, prices, quotes, invoices, taxes, customer communications, and legal or regulatory obligations.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining control of your owner or admin access. Worker links and team permissions should be shared only with people you authorize. You are responsible for activity performed through access you intentionally provide to your team.

Trial and subscription

The Cleaning App currently includes a 30-day free trial with no card required to start. At the end of the trial, access may be paused until the business owner activates the subscription at the price shown in the app, currently $5.99 per month.

When a recurring subscription is activated, it continues until canceled unless different terms are shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

If a Cleaning App subscription is paused or ends, business records may be retained for up to 3 months so the owner can reactivate and continue with the existing workspace. After that period, records may be deleted or anonymized, subject to backups and records The Launch Era is required or permitted to retain.

Your business data and customer information

You control the business, client, customer, and team information you enter into the app. You represent that you have the right to use that information for your business and are responsible for any notices, permissions, consents, or other obligations required by law.

You are responsible for verifying information before sending a quote, invoice, booking confirmation, email, or other communication through the app.

Payments recorded in the app

Cash, Check, and Zelle choices inside the Cleaning App are provided for record keeping. The Launch Era does not receive, hold, transfer, process, or guarantee those customer payments through the Cleaning App.

Public booking and quote links

You may share public booking and quote-request links with your customers. You are responsible for the services, availability, prices, policies, customer relationships, and work performed through your business. The Launch Era provides the software workflow but is not a party to the cleaning service agreement between you and your customer.

Team and worker access

Owners may provide admins or workers with limited access. You are responsible for assigning the appropriate permissions and removing access when it is no longer needed. The Launch Era may change or improve permission controls as the product evolves.

Other The Launch Era services

The Launch Era also provides marketing, content, audit, automation, landing-page, virtual-assistant, and related digital services. The scope, price, delivery time, revision terms, and limitations for those services are the terms displayed on the applicable sales page, checkout, proposal, intake, or written agreement.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms may vary by offering. Terms shown at checkout or agreed in writing for a specific purchase control. Completed digital work, delivered files, used subscription periods, or substantially started custom work may not be refundable except where required by law.

Third-party services and availability

Parts of our services depend on third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, automation, analytics, and other infrastructure. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, upload unlawful content, use the services for unlawful activity, or copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute protected software or materials in violation of applicable rights or law.

Intellectual property

The Launch Era retains ownership of its website, app, software, brand, templates, systems, methods, and other pre-existing intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your business records and content remain yours, subject to the rights needed for us and our providers to operate the service.

No guarantee of business results

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, bookings, revenue, social-media results, or other business outcomes from use of our products or services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website, app, and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Launch Era is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, app, services, business decisions, customer relationships, or third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address unpaid subscription access. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products or practices change. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
