This Privacy Policy explains how The Launch Era (“The Launch Era,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit our website, contact us, purchase a service, or use the The Launch Era Cleaning App, including its public booking and quote-request pages.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may receive account and business information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, service area, language preferences, and support messages.
When you use the Cleaning App, you may choose to enter business records such as client names and contact details, service addresses, leads, bookings, jobs, quotes, invoices, payment-status records, team member information, mileage, time entries, services, availability, notes, and related operational information.
We may also receive feedback you submit through the app and limited technical information such as browser or device type, session information, request logs, IP address, and app usage needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How we use information
- To create and operate your account and private business workspace.
- To provide bookings, quote requests, client records, jobs, invoices, team access, and other app features.
- To send transactional communications requested through the app, such as quote, service, invoice, payment-status, access-code, and support messages.
- To provide support, respond to feedback, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve our products.
- To maintain business records and comply with legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations where applicable.
Your responsibility for customer and team data
Business owners control the customer, client, worker, and operational information they enter into the Cleaning App. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect, use, store, and communicate with those individuals and for complying with laws that apply to your business. Please do not enter sensitive personal information that is not needed to use the app.
Public booking and quote requests
A cleaning business may share a public booking or quote-request link with its customers. Information submitted through those pages is provided to that cleaning business and stored in its workspace so the business can respond to the request.
Payment records
The Cleaning App can record customer payments marked as Cash, Check, or Zelle. These options are for business record keeping only. The Launch Era does not receive, hold, transfer, or guarantee those customer funds through the Cleaning App.
If you purchase a paid subscription or service, limited billing and transaction information may be handled by the payment service used at checkout. We do not need to store your full payment-card number.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate parts of our website and app, including services for hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, automation, analytics, and other infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the app, and meet legal or accounting obligations. When a Cleaning App subscription is paused or ends, business records may be retained for up to 3 months to allow reactivation and recovery of the workspace. After that period, records may be deleted or anonymized, subject to backups and records we are required or permitted to retain.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including account permissions and restricted access to business workspaces. No online service or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may update business information inside the app and may contact us to ask questions about your information or request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business reasons.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our products or practices change. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version became effective.
